We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the continental United States.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.  Custom orders take longer as they are made to order.  Shipping is available on our store platform for the United States and International shipping is available for most products.  If you have questions about international shipping, please email us at  Please note that International customers are responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes, and any other fees associated with International shipping.  Customs, duties, and taxes vary, so please check with your local customs agency for more info. before you place an order.


Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery.  Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return an item, please email with REQUEST TO RETURN in the subject line.  Be sure to include name, what you’d like to return, the reason for return and order number.  We will reply and give you instructions for returning. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning or exchanging an item. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your return or exchange and highly recommend tracking or shipping insurance. 

Custom orders, sale items, mystery boxes, downloadable Ebooks/guides, and gift cards are NON-REFUNDABLE.   

Only unworn and unwashed items can be returned.  Items that appear worn, have stains, the smell of smoke, cologne or deodorant, have pet hair or odors, etc. will not be accepted.  If an item has been worn once, it will not be returnable.  It must also be in original packaging if applicable.

If your return is accepted, we will refund your original method of payment. Once we’ve received the return package and confirmed the contents and condition, we will issue your refund.  Please note that when the credit card refund has been issued, it can take 5-7 days to reflect on your credit card account.

To return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We are unable to pay for return shipping for orders outside the Continental U.S. and International customers are responsible for return shipping and associated fees.

We don’t offer direct merchandise exchanges, you will just simply follow the return instructions, and then order your desired size from the website.  We will not charge shipping on the replacement order. 


Once an item’s tracking number says Accepted by the UPS or selected shipping carrier, we can not be liable for Non-Delivery, Theft, etc.
